Big focus of my spring was, without a doubt, finishing up one job, moving to my new job and running the Pixie Dust Challenge. This was also the first time in my life I ever, inadvertently, slept through a race (the Neverland 5K). I also had a new addition to my life…my little adopt a niece Ella who lives in Australia. I get pics of her nearly daily and her expressions are simply too cute!
I also got to watch my grandmother finish her 3rd 10K. She was 80 at the time. It was especially noteworthy to see her finish as she had a nasty fall in January, breaking some ribs and spending two weeks in the hospital. Apparently that won’t stop her. Needless to say, I want to be just like her when I grow up.
