I know yesterday was the first day of fall….but man, I was just too damn tired to really feel all those good “fall” vibes. I fell asleep after a quick dinner of eggs and toast and woke up at 7:30pm(!). I then raced to the gym for a quick 5K and then to the grocery store before falling back asleep around 10:30pm. I have no idea what is going on, but I can’t seem to get enough sleep lately….needless to say, sleeping is going to be one of my big goals for the upcoming weekend.
#sigh I hate feeling exhausted like this…but, I’m hoping that will shift with cooler temps, a new season and the start of a new month just around the corner…well…and my Fall Bucket List 2015. It’s a lot of baking…the challenge of new activities…buying a car…very excited.
