  •  RED ALERT!!!!
  • horrible pain.
  • could barely walk–no more TRX classes

Sat

01/03

  •  5 miles (one mile warm up walk, four miles running)
  • hernia exercises
  • ice treatments
  •  orangey-yellow
  • larger twinges of pain
  • not unbearable like the other day

Sun

01/04

  •  11 miles in 1:31:20
  • hernia exercises
  • ice treatment
  • foam rolling/stretch
  •  Green
  • No pain!
  • Not sure why–maybe the ice and hernia exercises.

Mon

  •  calibration nightmare
  • probably about 3 miles..?
  • hernia exercises
  •  Yellow
  • twinges of pain from yesterday

Tues

01/06

  •  calibration nightmare continued
  • maybe 2 miles? Let’s call it 2.
  • on the plus side, I was running fast.  Felt amazing
  • hernia exercises
  •  green – no pain

Highlight(s) of the Week

  •  pain free and awesome 11 miler…still can’t believe it.

  •  really focus on getting a good back-to back run this weekend.
