Oh dear. It was a rough week. Being away, dealing with migraines, a house full of treats and just being tired are not a good mix for me. So rough, in fact, I am not going to measure in this week. Why, mostly because I know it was a rough week and pointing it out through my measurements isn’t going to help me out in any way, shape or form.
Moving forward, I made a healthy breakfast this morning of veggies and eggs. Lunch is veggies, 100G of roast turkey and some greek yogurt dip and my dinner will be some roast chicken with broccoli. I’m also completely out of junk food at home, so that will be helpful.
