  • Feeling aimless in terms of workouts and my legs still feel like crap, which isn’t making me feel all that motivated to workout.

  • watch died and only recorded 2.38
  • Yellow.  Felt ok…not great, but ok.

Thurs

  • 4 mile run
  • Orange.  Groin/hip is sore.

  •  Rest Day

  •  0.48 mile.
  • Red.  Super sore groin.

Sun

09/28

  •  Planned rest day–too much going on today with lovely friends and my groin hurts like a mofo.
  •  Code Red continues.  #sigh

Mon

  •  3 mile run
  •  Orange…not too bad.

Tues

09/30

  • 55 minute swim class
  • OMG. Totally out of shape.
  • orange–am totally out of swimming shape.

Highlight(s) of the Week

  • Going to my first swim class!

  • Stay pain free until Tower of Terror is over.
