10/04

  •  Twilight Zone Tower of Terror!
  • 10 Miles run/walk
  • AMAZING
  •  Most epically fun run ever.  Code green all the way as I had very little pain.

Tues

10/14

  •  2.18 miles run/walk return to Diamond Head in Hawaii.
  • Calf seized, ruining my run plans.
  • Code Red.  Seized up calf. SO not meant to run in Hawaii, between the sunburn and the calf seize.

Sun

10/19

  •  WFPS 10K with my Grams
  • 10K run/walk
  •  Code Green.  Felt great to be with my grams today.

Weds

10/22

  •  First run club run an my calf seized up.
  • 4 miles run/walk
  •  Code RED.  Seized up calf again!

Fri

10/24

  •  2.57 mile walk
  •  code red.  Still really hurts, but feels better having moved and then stretched.

Sat

10/25

  •  3.46 miles run/walk
  •  Orange.  Still have a very tight calf.  More rest days needed.

Tues

10/28

  •  4 miles total
  • 3 miles running
  • 0.5 miles warm up/cool down
  • surprisingly good–code green all the way.

Weds

10/29

  • 6 miles total
  • 5 running
  • 0.5 mile wam up/cool down
  •  Amazing.  Best run in weeks.  Super green, emerald green!

Thurs

10/30

  • 3 miles early in the morning on a hotel treadmill.
  •  Green.  Felt great, aside from the slight twinge of hernia pain

  • Year: 804.61 miles
