  • Feeling aimless in terms of workouts and my legs still feel like crap, which isn’t making me feel all that motivated to workout.

  • Orange
  • Ran outside and it was a beautiful sunny, summery day, but it was hard.  My legs felt tired, heavy, sore and it was crazy windy…but I did it and that feels pretty darn good.

Fri

09/19

  •  TRX Class
  • 4.50 miles
  • Orangey Yellow
  • Felt ok.  Legs still feel really fatigued and sore–ie no spring in my step

Sat

09/20

  •  4 miles
  • Yellow
  • Felt surprisingly good given that I was sore from TRX the night before and my groin injury had flared up a bit.

Sun

09/21

  • Zero – stepped on a belt buckle and had the pointy bit embedded into my foot.
 

Mon

09/22

  •  45 minutes on a stationary bike.
  • would’ve been hell, but I had Nicole, Kellie, Kim and Rae along for the ride

Tues

09/23

  • 5 miles run/walk
  • Orange
  • Legs felt heavy and I didn’t want to be running.  However, there is one silver lining–that fatigue style pain in my legs is gone…oh and my impalement didn’t hurt. 🙂

Highlight(s) of the Week

  • Relatively quick impalement recovery, less achy overall
 

Goal(s) Moving Forward

  • Try to workout a few times while on vacation, especially in Hawaii–those beachy runs will help make winter less dreadful.
