  •  1.75 mile–aka the 15 minute rule.  Was falling asleep on the treadmill.  Ran 15 and then walked another 30

  •  1.71 miles – too much hip/groin/whatever this is pain

  •  5.11 miles – cut my long short–head not in it at all.
