  • Still dealing with the move so fitness isn’t a priority right now.

  •  10 miles.
  • felt like hell.  Pacing was about 8:20 avg

  •  5 miles Tempo at a 7:47 avg m/m pace
  • 10 minutes on Stationary Bike

Tues

08/19

  •  5 miles slow and steady, followed by some quick weights and hip strengthening

Highlight(s) of the Week

  •  Making it through my runs. I am not in a good running headspace right now.
