  • Excited and nervous.  Minnesota Half is a few days away
  •  beginning to move to a new place = mini-workout hiatus

  •  4 miles slow – I am in recovery town after all!

  • Finishing the hardest half of my life without crying…or quitting.

Goal(s) Moving Forward

  •  Recovery this week and start training up for Queen City Half on September 8th.  This one should be flatter!

  •  Mid-move = mini workout hiatus.

  • 1.16 round trip run/walk to Fit 45
  • Unplanned rest day due to a seized calf muscle.  Ouch.

  •  rest day – migraine

  •  9 miles at an 8:06 average pace
  • started slower, ran the last two faster.

Mon

08/11

  •  4 miles easy

Tues

08/12

  •  4.49 miles
  • mile repeats.  Two fast miles at 7:15 and 6:59.65 pace..
  • FINALLY BEAT 7s on mile repeats!!!

Highlight(s) of the Week

  • See point above!!!  Sub 7s!!!!!

Goal(s) Moving Forward

  • Continue training up for Queen City Half on September 7th.  Last chance for Operation Sub 1:50!
