#Chewsday Challenge


This was a bad week for the #Chewsday Challenge.  I couldn’t avoid junk, in fact, I sought it out and revelled in it’s deliciousness.   Even though I knew I was not doing the right thing for my waistline.  I will say, however, that I did try to incorporate a bit of calorie balance with the junk, by opting to make the junk my meal…It may not be the best idea from a health perspective, but it most certainly kept me from gaining a TON of weight.  In other words, my clothes still fit…which is a huge, HUGE surprise…

But onward and upward.  It’s a new week and a new opportunity to make good choices. I have fresh fruit and veggies at home and some thawed chicken breast in my fridge…just need to figure out how to make it all into something delicious. lol.  This is where I know I tend to struggle.  I always find myself in a dinner rut and it sucks.

Oh and speaking of new, we have an addition to the accountibilibuddies–the darling Nicole from Pink Elephant on Parade.  This girl is funny and awesome and I want to be her when I grow up.
