Headspace

  • Anxious, sleep deprived, fit.  My running is going great, my sleep not so much–so much anxiety of getting me and the Run Club into Princess Race Weekend.
  •  N/A – doctor’s orders.

Weds

07/09

  •  slow and sweaty run for 5.35 miles, followed by 2 Guinness Floats!

Thurs

07/10

  •  Fit 45
  • 1.17 mile run round trip to Fit 45
  • Rest day.  I have not slept soundly in two days.  I needed some relaxation time.

  •  5 miles in 37:45

  •  4.03 miles

  • 12 miles in 1:38:49
  • 8:14 avg pace!

Mon

07/14

  • 4 miles.  Was supposed to be a rest run, but totally ran it faster simply because I wanted it to be over.

Tues

07/15

  •  45 minutes stationary bike
  • was too frazzled from the events of Princess Half Registration!!!  See below!

Highlight(s) of the Week

  •  Getting EVERYONE into their desired races in the Run Club.  Halleluiah!

Goal(s) Moving Forward

  •  Stay strong and avoid hurting myself.  I am only about two weeks away from my 13th Half Marathon!
