  • Encouraged.  My long run this past week is much faster than my goal pace for my upcoming half marathons (Aug 1, Sept 7).

  • 4.55 miles of mile repeats (2 fast miles at 7:33 pace)

Highlight(s) of the Week

  •  Sunday’s long run.  If that pacing happens on a race day, I will SMASH my current PR.

Goal(s) Moving Forward

  •  Consistency and injury management.  This weird hip thing comes and goes and I have a smidge of ashin splints flare up.
