  •  zero–have this weird hip pain that makes me want to cry.

  •  Pinched nerve in my neck AND hip pain.  I am dying.  Boo.

  • Walked 45 minutes (massive pinched nerve in my neck)

  • 5 miles, 8:22 avg pace

  • No run club as I gave everyone the long weekend off.
  • 4.5 miles 8:21 avg pace

  • Canada Day
  • 10 miles.  In 1:22:24.  8:14 avg pace….YES!!!!

Highlight(s) of the Week

  •  My surprising long run.  Amazing.  Especially after dealing with my neck and hip!

Goal(s) Moving Forward

  •  Consistency.  I’m home for three weeks–must, must MUST be more consistent.
  • Moving back to lunch Fit 45s for July, August and maybe September as my attempts at strength training hasn’t been going so well.
