  • feeling physically exhausted.  Legs are heavy, but I’m trying to persevere.

  •  4 slow miles using heart rate method–which I will never do again.

  •  Zero.  Not feeling so hot.

  • No run club as I am in Ottawa
  • Ran 3 quick miles up and down Parliament Hill

  •  Nothing.  No time.  Boo.

Highlight(s) of the Week

  • Watching my grams cross the finishline of her first 10K
  • Running in Ottawa–it’s always fun…even if it is slow because I am too busy taking in the sites!

Goal(s) Moving Forward

  •  Maintenance.  Ottawa always means late nights and early mornings.  Goal is to simply get in a few quality runs
