  • aiming to do the best I can, given my work travel this week.  So that means not letting best be the enemy of good enough.

  • 3.01 miles on a buggy treadmill at my hotel gym room.

  •  Cut my tempo run at 2 miles (15-minute rule) because my mild headache increased with massive intensity with running.

  • 6 miles in just under 47 minutes.  Woot!

  • zero miles–spent the day with my cousin and then getting my grandma ready to start her fitness journey–at almost 80 years of age!

  •  Run Club – 4.18 miles
  • strength training both upper bod and lower body

  •  9 miles in 1:14:28
  • avg pace 8:17*
  • *had to stop twice due to intense stomach cramps

Highlight(s) of the Week

  •  breaking the 400 mile mark for the year…not bad.
