  • 3 miles slow –so sore from yesterday’s weights
  • upper body weights –will likely be sore tomorrow–hah!

Thurs

  • Rest Day at Lady Gaga Concert

  • Stress/sleep deprivation migraine = sick day

  • 8 miles with my buddy Oliver
  • ab work and physio

Mon

  • 3 chill miles
  • 2.3 miles with Run Club
  • upper body strength
  • foam roll/stretch

Tues

05/27

  • Speed work *sigh* – 2 mile repeats at a 7:08 and 7:21 pace, plus 3 more miles for warm up, cool down and rest between my fast miles
  • Lower body strength training (legs still feel like jello 12 hours later)
  • abs/physio

Highlight(s) of the Week

  • made a decent effort at getting in my strength training, especially with two days off and some killer DOMS.

Goal(s) Moving Forward

  • Focus on meal prep/planning – especially since I am out of town for a few days next week
