  • 2 fast miles at 7:26/7:27
  • 3.1 slow miles at just under 9 minutes.
  • strength training lower body
  • foam rolling

Highlight(s) of the Week

  • Having a number of really strong runs. It seems that the pressure of having to run in Fargo really messed with my head because now I am flying.
  • Also, I now have run enough miles to pay for the Glass Slipper Challenge!  YAY!!!! Amazing how quickly the miles (and dollars) add up!

  • Establish habits – specifically around meal prep and strength training
