  •  3 miles with fartleks thrown in avg pace 8:05/mile
  • very sore and have a tiny bit of shin splints from walking a lot today

  •  zero–shin splints suck

  •  2.3 miles shakeout

  •  WPS Half Relay!
  • 6.65 miles- 54:25

  •  Nothing.  Pinched nerve and I couldn’t move.

Tues

  •  Walked on a treadmill for 45 minutes.
  • Couldn’t move enough to run–stupid neck.

Highlight(s) of the Week

  •  The WPS Half Marathon Relay extravaganza.  Was so much fun!  Even made the online edition of the local newspaper! 🙂

Goal(s) Moving Forward

  • Just run Fargo for fun.
