Have I got a proposition for you!? And all it is going to require is a little bit of time and some muscle…for the next 28 days.
The 40-40-40-40 Challenge!
Yep….I’m excited, too.
So here’s the deal my friends. Starting tomorrow, and for the next 28 glorious days, you need to do the following:
40 push ups
40 crunches/sit ups
40 air squats and
40 jumping jacks
You can do them however, wherever and whenever you like–all at once, during commercial breaks of your favourite reality show, half in the morning and half at bed time. I have done mine at work in the past…though I do it when nobody is around. I have also been known to do air squats while I wait for the kettle to boil….but I digress.
