In addition to my three monthly goals below, I happened upon the “Perfect Your Core Plank Challenge” by He and She Eat Clean this morning, and I think I’m going to partake! Just last week I read an article that reiterates how superior planks (and other core exercises that require full body stabilization) are to old-school sit-ups and crunches. So, starting a few days late, but I’ll jump right in today with 7 x 45 second planks!
